This year, Betterment consulting became a participant in the 2nd annual Kaizen Congress Competition, held in Belgrade, organized by the gathering of more than 300 participants.
I am pleased to note that company executives are beginning to show increasing interest in the kaizen system, as a system in which the improvement of all processes in the company occurs continuously, rather than being episodic. No, just yesterday, or today, or tomorrow. The question on the agenda is always the same: What are we going to improve yesterday/today/tomorrow? No rush. It's enough to be only one step ahead. Constantly.
