During the strategic session, a team of the best municipal employees of the city developed pilot projects and identified the potential for improvements in the region. Betterment's vision was defined by three main projects in the field of creative economy (cultural infrastructure, clusters and PPPs), transport (Asian hub, transport corridors, security) and ecology (flagship project "Ecological Framework").
