The conference program included 20 reports on the best project management practices, problems and issues of project management development in Russia, as well as success stories of lean manufacturing implementation.
As part of the round table on the topic "LIG Construction", one of the most vivid and heated discussions of the entire conference took place, where Rasul Beiseev, an external consultant from Edge Consulting (Canada), participated as an expert and speaker with a report "Examples of the introduction of lean manufacturing in industrial construction projects".
